Fees
We are a paperless office. As well as being beneficial to the environment this provides us with a significant annual saving in our running costs that we believe should be passed onto our clients. This allows us to offer extremely competitive prices that many other firms would find hard to match.
Our private fees are worked out on a quoted price. This will be required to be paid before the conclusion of the case. The price will depend on the amount of work that is required for the case and you will be told this at your first meeting. This first meeting will be free and after it you are under no obligation to instruct us unless you are satisfied with the advice you are given.
If you have any form of insurance cover that will help pay towards your legal fees we are happy and able to accept this as a form of payment. This may be something that may be available in certain road traffic cases. Our care and expertise will satisfy your insurers that your case is in good hands.
Unlike some firms we do provide Legal Aid, including Criminal Advice and Assistance, in all cases for anybody who qualifies for it. We would simply ask that you bring proof of your income and any savings to your first meeting to asses if you are eligible.
